Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing our digital marketing as well as spearheading marketing solutions. We are looking for someone with experience in copywriting, art direction and social media who can expand our brand's reach locally while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
  • Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance
  • Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
  • Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas
  • Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
  • Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including external key personnel
  • Communicate with our President about marketing goals and results
  • Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise and staffing schedules for events
  • Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Evaluate with partners, important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Provide all company PowerPoint presentations
  • Create and design direct mail programs and campaigns with partners
  • Manage monthly co-op spreadsheets in Excel versus budgets
  • Responsible for residential and commercial case studies by submitting all information to marketing partner for website and social media channels
  • Prepare offsite videos, if needed with partners
  • Review all content from website partner for approval
  • Manage all social media channels in house and with marketing partners
  • Work directly with Sales coordinator to monitor and follow up on Sales leads and manage lead performance
  • Responsible for all inventory and printing of company marketing literature
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
  • Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot marketing suite 
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.  - 5:00 p.m.
