We are actively seeking a full time Purchasing Coordinator.  This position is for someone who has excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. The main role of a Purchasing Coordinator for N.E.T.R is ordering and maintaining inventory for all service jobs and office supplies.  If you are someone who is looking for a stable career in a quickly growing company, then we encourage you to apply! This position pays anywhere between $45,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience.

A day in the life of a Purchasing Coordinator

Our purchasing coordinator will handle all incoming material and inventory.  You will ensure that all of our service techs and installers and vehicles are equipped with all the correct material. You will become acquainted with Wintac Service Software, which is where you document materials and verify purchase orders. You will coordinate with dispatch to make sure drivers have all the correct supplies and support field technicians on a daily basis. You will conduct quarter and annual inventories of the warehouse and vehicles, as well as ensure the warehouse is fully stocked in an orderly fashion while maintaining safety protocols. The position calls for a Monday through Friday schedule with the hours of 7:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in a related field
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Motivated
  • Self-starter
  • Attention to detail
